My Condo Complex is in New York and you are in Washington State – can you still help me?

Yes, we are a national company and as such we can get HUD/FHA approval for condominium communities in all 50 states.

What does it costs?

Why should I get my complex HUD/FHA approved?

Without HUD/FHA approval you can’t offer FHA low down financing to 30 – 40 percent of your buyers that really need it.

How long is HUD/FHA condo approval good for?

2 years

I was certified in 2006 is that still valid?

No, after 2009 you need to be re-certified every 2 years.

Does my condominium community qualify for FHA/HUD approval?

Without doing a qualifying workup we can’t tell for sure but a majority of condo complexes do or will qualify.  For a free preliminary workup go to our FHA Approval Worksheet page and fill in the on-line secured form.  It should take less than 10 minutes.  We will review your information and get back to you within 24 hours (a lot sooner most of the time).

I used “Spot Approvals” in the past – can I still use them?

No, not since HUD changed the rules.
